All our pies
are handmade to our own recipes. We only use traditional hot water pastry
and all pork, beef and mutton is organically produced on a local farm.
Each pie weighs between 500 and 525 grams and will keep for 5 days in
a refrigerator.

Vegetarian
Range
Spicy Vegetable.
Root vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce.
Mediterranean.
Layers of aubergine, tomato, onion, potato, with garlic, parmesan fresh
herbs and olive oil.
Cheese & Leek with Apple.
Leeks with farmhouse cheese and a hint of apple in a fresh herb pastry.

Traditional
Mutton.
Diced mutton in a rich gravy with herbs and spices.
Turkey,Ham & Apricot.
Packed with diced turkey leg with a sprinkling of our own ham and a hint
of apricot.
Chicken,Ham & Parsley.
Chunks of prime chicken fillet, a thin layer of ham and a layer of chopped
fresh parsley.
Boeuf Bourgignon.
Diced beef cooked in red wine with smoked bacon, shallots and mushrooms.
Pork with Sage.
Chunks of pork lightly seasoned with sage and finished with ham jelly.
Pork with Apple.
As above but topped with sliced apple.
Game Pie.
Venison, pheasant and rabbit with our own seasoning.
Rabbit Pie.
Diced rabbit leg with thyme and ham jelly.
Venison & Port
Prime pieces of venison marinated in port.
