We Specialise in local and regional farmhouse cheeses including, Cotherstone, a rich creamy cheese from the Tees Valley, Richard III, a Wensleydale made the way cheese was before mass production took over, and Grosmont Goats a very fresh cheese from the North Yorkshire Moors.

Cheese in this part of the world was traditionally made with sheep's milk :
Accordingly we have a wide range of Ewes Milk cheeses including the full range from Shepherds Purse of Thirsk, including Yorkshire Feta, Mrs Beils Blue and Yorkshire Lowlands.
We also have Swaledale Ewes Milk and Rededale Ewes from Northumberland.

We also stock Ribblesdale Buffalo Cheese.

In addition to our North Country cheeses we have a wide range of Continental cheeses including Mahon and Manchego from Spain, Organic Grinzola and Esrom from Denmark, Provolone and Taleggio from Italy and Brie de Meaux from France.

This is only a very small selection from our full range, which is constantly expanding.
